Wyoming Hyperscale is Certified for Wyoming Sales Tax Exemption

We are now a Certified Data Processing Center in Wyoming. The Data Processing Exemption falls under statute W.S. 39-15-105(a)(viii)(S). We appreciate the help and guidance from the Wyoming Business Council and the Excise Tax Division, Wyoming Department of Revenue, and the support of our local legislators!
